Founded in 2012, Banking on Women is a student society at the University of Melbourne dedicated to championing gender diversity in the financial and professional services industries. We strive to Empower, Educate and Encourage our members and provide them with the industry-specific knowledge needed to differentiate oneself in today's competitive landscape.
